Why is this important? 

When you lay on your mattress your body will sink into it slightly.  The amount of sink-age will depend on the firmness level of your mattress. The firmer it is, the less you sink so the higher your pillow will need to be. The softer it is, the more you will sink and the lower your pillow will need to be. Regardless if you are a back or side sleeper.

If you are a side sleeper and you want to wake up refreshed, your goal should be to align your spine from its base to the top of your skull.  So getting the correct mattress for you and then the correct height and firmness pillow to allow that alignment.

Pillow Options

We stock classic and contour shape pillows of different firmness and heights. 

• Soft Pillow - 50kg/m3

• Medium Pillow - 60kg/m3

• Firm Pillow - 80kg/m3

Contour pillows come in different heights and are also height adjustable.  They have 4 different heights per pillow to allow you to fine tune your head alignment. From 9cm to 12cm.

Classic shape pillows come in different heights from 10cm to 14cm.

Pillow sizes

While the average pillow is 60cm x 40cm. Pillow range in all sizes from kids size 50cmx30cm to king size 86cmx43cm.
