Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Save A Lot Beds containing your order details (if you have provided your address). We will attempt to send your goods within 7-14 working days if the delivery is in South Australia (interstate and custom orders can take significantly longer); however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. We can deliver more quickly in many cases but we suggest you contact our office on 1300 791 919 to "jump to the front of the line".

Warranty

Body Impressions: The comfort layers of a mattress naturally conforms to your body and often results in impressions. These body impressions are normal and therefore do not mean the mattress is defective.
To prevent excess body impressions you must rotate your mattress – as more then 90% of mattresses are “one-sided”." For more information regarding the 100 Day Trial please Save a lot Beds.

Whats not included in this warranty

Mattress fabric (including stains, soiling, burns or pilling). Normal body indentations. Damage due to abuse. Bedding sold 'As Is'. Mattress damage due to poor or damaged foundation.

Trial Offer

We inspect all products prior to dispatch and take no responsibility on damages incurred after delivery.

Trial provides a 100 Day Trial. The following terms and conditions apply:

 

Refund & Returns Policy

You are required to provide proof of purchase of your product (original Savealot beds order form) and a receipt.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 100 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@savealotbeds.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Save A Lot Beds will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

As we are factory direct, fabrics may change due to availability. Internal structure will not change. All care is taken when shipping you products but Save A Lot Beds is not liable for any damage done during delivery.

Mattresses are a personal choice. Please choose carefully as out company cannot refund a mattress if the wrong size or comfort level was chosen.

Our delivery contractors deliver to kerb side only. You may ask them to take items inside your premises if they are willing to do so, however, neither Save A Lot Beds nor the contractors will accept liability for any damages that may be incurred at your premises during this process.

Please check your goods at the time of delivery as Save A Lot Beds do not take responsibility for the items after they have been delivered.

Our delivery contractors are not able to deliver any goods upstairs as they are not insured to do so.

In case of a failed delivery due to customer not being home at the agreed upon time, a second delivery fee will be charged.

Reminders

According to Australian law you are not entitled to a refund merely because you changed your mind.

We can not refund or Exchange custom made orders.

We may at our discretion offer a refund if the product has not been delivered and is not a custom order. However, like many businesses (Harvey Norman Forty winks Etc), we also charge a 25% cancellation fee even in cases where only a deposit has been paid.

If there is found to be a fault or damage to a product that is received It may take up to 12 weeks to source a replacement product due to sourcing issues. If the product is a custom order this process may take longer.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to inappropriate use, whether that has been identified by a store representative, the product manufacturer or repair agent.
